Learning teamwork, discipline and work ethic from duty as a switching systems technician, backup radio mechanic and wire and cable plant installer in the United States Army. James has a heightened awareness of technology and the change it will bring for future generations.
From the beginning of his career, he has been intimately involved in the adoption of advanced technologies. During the 1990′s teaching metal fabrication shops how to adopt Computer Aided Drafting Files (eliminating paper blueprints) and eventually deploying fully automated laser cutting and bending cells. Representing companies such as Amada, Accurpress, Mazak, Piranha and MG.
Once the happenings of 911 removed the profit and potential from Cellular Manufacturing Machinery, James returned to his roots and became a Voice and Data Circuit analyst with Telephone and Data Systems (TDS). After 5 years of successfully helping companies adopt emerging technology, James was recruited by Qwest.
Even after a downsizing move by Qwest eliminated James position, undeterred from helping American companies make profits, He moved on to find the a position at Netarx.
Netarx is the leader in Michigan helping companies adopt new technologies, deploy them correctly and create and foster an environment of collaboration, cooperation and success in today’s fast high tech marketplace.
In addition James career highlights include Service in the United States Army Signal Corps, graduation from the Dale Carnegie Course, membership in the National Eagle Scout Association and National Order of the Arrow membership.
