Connection Speeds
It’s my hope your having a great July !!
My Telecom Engineer found this article and I wanted to share it with you so that you can more fully understand how upload and download speed really work and the correlation between Business Class and Consumer Class products. The bottom line here is that in business you generally need symmetrical speeds.

Rental Units and Telecom / Data
Many building owners and management companies are not aware that products exist to provide renters with Unlimited Local Calling and Internet Data Service. Many of these plans are available specifically in areas were DSL may not be available.
For instance, a client approached me about his building in downtown Lansing Michigan. He indicated that he has 5 leasees and was providing DSL to them from dsl.com. I reviewed his invoicing and suggested a speed increase from 1.5M/ 768k to 3.0M / 3.0M. dsl.com quoted him $495.00 for the same service I charge $271 / Month for. Because he purchased the product from me, there was no consultation or acquisition cost.
So please give me call, whether you have 5 or 500 phones, dsl or T-3, we can certainly help you reduce cost and increase your service level.
Happy July !
